Refund Policy

Refunds, returns and exchanges are not accepted. All items are made by hand and inspected before being shipped. Sale items and customized items are not refundable. All other items are subject to a 50% restocking fee plus shipping fees.

If there is an issue with your order, please email me with photos and I will work with you to fix issues at mammajammacustoms@gmail.com.
 
Route Shipping Protection is automatically added to each order so that shipments can be insured for damage or loss while in transit. Opting out of this protection and removing Route from the cart is agreeing that the shipment will not be insured when shipped. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and email me immediately if there are any issues with your item(s).
