Shipping & Turnaround Times

 

I do my best to ship as quickly as possible. Please know that I want you to have your items as quickly as possible but also put out quality products and that does take time. My current turnaround times are as follows:

Ready to ship (RTS) tumblers and freshies without any customization ship within 3-5 business days of order placement.

Customized RTS ship within 10 business days of confirmation of customization - this allows time for the customization and additional time for final curing.

Custom tumblers are based on design and ship within 2-4 weeks of confirming the final design details. Mock Ups and designs will be sent via email within 48 hours of payment clearing - extensive changes to the design may result in delay in creation and/or completion for shipping. 

Custom Freshies ship within 7 business days of confirming final design details. 

 

All coated tumblers are held a minimum of 3 days after the final coat for curing and safety.
